We work with several regulatory auditors in order to pass rigorous inspections: temperatures, freshness, and traceability. Our products are regularly analyzed by an independent laboratory. Our quality management team also works with an independent, external consultant to remain informed of the newest techniques and innovations regarding quality, which are constantly evolving. 1981

Hoa Nam is created by two brothers: Mr. Chieu Heang Korng and Mr. Chieu Try. Convinced that there is a future for Asian dishes in France, they decide to share their culture and love for gastronomy, passed down to them from their mother, Mrs. Kim, who had come from Vietnam. They open their first family shop at 58 rue château des rentiers in Paris.

1988

With the business rapidly growing, they decide to move to 62 rue Nationale in order to continue developing Asian products within the French market.

1992

The desire to diversify brings about the creation of Hoa Tang, located at 51 avenue d’Ivry in Paris, offering ready-made dishes for takeout with the same expertise and respect for tradition as Hoa Nam.

1995

Having great success, the production site in Paris is no longer big enough to meet the demands of clients. Hoa Nam opens a new site just outside of the city, allowing it to increase its product range and begin a new era within the company, tying together modernity and tradition.

2010

A momentous change is made this year: the 3rd generation of the Hoa Nam lineage, Philippe Chieu, ambitious and observant, takes over as the new president of the company. His goal is to continue contributing to the evolution of Hoa Nam as its creators and predecessors have done.
