Vegetable Samosas

Description

Our classic samosa is made with a thin, crispy pastry sheet wrapped over a filling of finely chopped vegetables, seasoned with a touch of curry and turmeric.

Preparation

Without defrosting, fry 15 to 18 minutes in boiling oil (160°C). Consume when cooked all the way through.
