A tender shumai dumpling made with Wagyu beef, known for its remarkable tenderness, juiciness, and savory marbled meat. Each shumai is wrapped in a light, golden sheet of wheat which holds together perfectly when steamed.
Without defrosting, place each shumai one by one in a lightly oiled steaming basket. Place steaming basket over boiling water and cook on high for 10-12 minutes. Consume when thoroughly cooked through.
