250g of cooked rice
Hoa Nam brand Chinese pork sausage or Chinese spiced pork sausage
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
Chives
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
Cook rice.
In a pan with some oil, scramble the eggs, then add sliced sausage.
Add cooked rice into the pan and sauté. Add light soy sauce and minced chives, and enjoy!
