Halal Chicken Shumai

Our tender shumai made with halal chicken and vegetables is wrapped in a light, golden sheet of wheat ensuring a perfectly steamed dumpling!

Preparation

Without defrosting, put them one by one in a lightly oiled steaming basket. Once boiling, let steam at high heat for about 10 to 12 minutes (cook all the way through)
