Pork and shrimp Shumai

Description

A tender shumai dumpling made with pork, shrimp and vegetables, wrapped in a golden sheet made of wheat and potato starch, for a light and perfectly steamed bite.

Preparation

Without defrosting, put them one by one in a lightly oiled steaming basket. Once boiling, let steam at high heat for about 10 to 12 minutes (cook all the way through)
