4 fillets of chicken
2 Hoa Nam brand fried pork VIetnamese meatloafs
1 white onion
1 small can of corn
100g of bean sprouts
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce (optional)
4 cloves of garlic
1 piece of ginger (to taste)
Chop the chicken and marinate it for 20 minutes in the mix of garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce (optional), and pepper
Chop the carrots and zucchini into rounds, and cut the onion into quarters.
In a wok, heat the oil and brown the chicken. Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of the vegetables. Add the Vietnamese meatloaf cut into rounds, then sauté over high heat for 5-7 minutes. The vegetables should have a crunch to them.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with white rice, and enjoy!
