300g of lettuce
Hoa Nam brand fermented pork (nem chua)
4 slices of whole wheat bread
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of walnut oil
2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard
Boil eggs for 6 minutes.
Pan fry the cubes of fermented pork (nem chua) .
Wash and prepare the lettuce.
Toast the slices of bread and cut into croutons. Halve the eggs.
Make the vinaigrette by mixing the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, walnut oil, whole grain mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix the lettuce, croutons, fermented pork and halved eggs. Place on a plate, pour the vinaigrette over top and enjoy!
